Jonathan Knight the oldest member of the group was also known as the "Big Brother". Always looking out for not just his brother Jordan Knight and also former member of the band, but he looked out for every member of the group as the group thrived in their new found success. Jonathan was also known as the shy guy, the passionate one and the one who seemed to have more wisdom them the others. But also he was known as the isolated member, not wanting to really enjoy himself when the group was on the road. Instead Jonathan was the simple guy, who could be seen doing his laundry, and keeping up with his agenda where as the rest of the group was not so organized. This is where Jonathan made himself useful, his organization and neat manner was what the other guys needed to make it on the road, and this was how Jonathan helped the guys cope with life on the road. It was not till recently that we found out about what Jonathan really suffered on the road, and why he was so isolated. In an interview with Oprah in May of 2002 Jonathan revealed that he was and still is suffering from Panic Attacks and that his life is more private now that he is not in the spot life. Jonathan the new kid we thought of as the strong one, proved how strong he was by coming forward about his illness, and letting it be known, since then Jonathan has remained out of the media. Now he is currently working as Real Estate Consultant with his own firm in Essex, Massachusetts, and living the peaceful life that god has given him. So to Jonathan we say good luck and we hope all is well with you in your life, and never forget that we love you!
